Drone Filming Office Interiors: DAV Media Showcasing Claremont’s Work at Flutter Entertainment’s HQ
In 2021, DAV Media had the opportunity to work on an exciting project, to produce a case study video for Claremont, a commercial interior design and fit-out firm, that documented the renovation of Flutter Entertainment’s Dublin headquarters. The goal of this project was to highlight the innovative features and layout of the new workspace.
Project Overview: Claremont Workplace Case Study
Claremont used DAV Media’s experience in drone filming office interiors, interview filming, and video production to capture the work done on this project. The goal was to create a video that would demonstrate the new headquarters’ architectural and design features while also highlighting the functional and cultural improvements made possible by the redesign.
Execution
- Aerial Videography: DAV Media utilised state-of-the-art drone technology to capture stunning aerial footage of the building’s exterior, including the newly constructed glazed atrium that transformed the building’s façade. These aerial shots provided viewers with a unique perspective on the architectural innovations and the building’s integration into its surroundings.
- Drone Filming Office Interiors : DAV Media deployed FPV drone technology to navigate and film within the multi-story glazed atrium, capturing the scale, openness, and architectural beauty of the interior space. This advanced technique provided dynamic footage that would have been difficult to achieve with standard drone equipment.
- Interview Filming: To add depth and personal insight into the project, DAV Media conducted interviews with key stakeholders, including Mark Mercer, Group CRE Director at Flutter Group. These interviews offered firsthand accounts of the project’s vision, challenges, and successes, enriching the narrative of the video.
- Video Production: Combining aerial footage, interviews, and dynamic shots of the interior spaces—such as the football pitch-inspired ground floor, collaborative zones, and the modernised café—DAV Media crafted a compelling video that encapsulated the spirit and functionality of the new headquarters.

The finished video effectively demonstrated how Claremont’s design achieved Flutter’s goals by establishing a workspace that encourages increased learning, sociability, and collaboration. The video has been used in a number of internal and external communications to highlight Flutter’s dedication to creating a stimulating and welcoming workplace.
